• Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.)

• Store cookies beyond those essential for Cloudflare security operations

4. Third-Party Services

This website links to third-party services. When you click an external link, you leave our site and the third party's privacy policy applies:

• YouTube / Google — Our videos are hosted on YouTube. YouTube's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply when you watch videos there.
• Short.io — Short URLs linked from our content use the Short.io service. See Short.io's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — This site loads fonts from Google Fonts CDN. Google may log font requests per their Privacy Policy. To avoid this, fonts may be self-hosted in a future update.

5. Cookies

We do not set first-party cookies. Cloudflare may set a __cf_bm cookie (a bot-management cookie) as part of its security infrastructure. This cookie:

• Is essential for site security and DDoS protection
• Does not contain personal information
• Expires within 30 minutes
• Cannot be disabled without affecting site functionality

6. YouTube API & Google Services

The WHAM Today pipeline uses the YouTube Data API v3 to upload daily news videos to our YouTube channel. This API use:

• Is governed by Google API Services User Data Policy
• Operates under our registered Google Cloud project credentials
• Does not involve collecting or processing visitor data
• Does not use YouTube API data from viewers

Our YouTube channel is subject to Google's Privacy Policy when you watch or interact with our videos on YouTube.

7. Cloudflare Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes network-level data to deliver the site and protect against abuse. Please review Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle this data.

8. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because we do not collect personal data, most data subject rights (access, erasure, portability) have limited applicability to this website. However, we respect all applicable privacy regulations:
